It's over

It's funny how not so long ago I posted about my new position and about coming back to Mexico City, and about how great everything was. Well, it all turned out to be a complete fiasco. I was the victim of a disorganized promotion that was aimed to saving the company thousands of dollars in salaraies and exploiting employees to the maximum. And yes, I was the main victim of such thing. I found myself working my ass off from Monday to Saturday, sometimes at home, making a miserable salary that was just unacceptable for the workload I had. That is without even mentioning the amoun of negative pressure I was dealing with, which is something I really don't want to remember. So one day I said that's it. I'm quitting. It wasn't easy, because the managers didn't want me to leave. We tried to re-negotiate salaries,working conditions and dutiers, but we didn't agree. So here I am, jobless. To be honest, I feel like a 50 kilo bag has been taken off my back.It's a real shame that I'm not working because I love to work, but this was more about slavery than anything else. Anyway, what's next? JAPAN!!! I'm off to Japan on August 8th, so for those who didn't know this, please let me know what your plans look like during August and the first days of September, I would love to see as many people as possible.
