Yes,I'm still alive
Well, where the hell should I start? It's been over 2 months since I last posted I think, I don't even remember. Anyway, it's been a couple of eventful months for sure, and they have been awesome. It would be stupid to complain as I've been having a blast although work has taken most of my time.
To start off with,I should mention the fact that I went on my first trip abroad sent by the company. I went to Savannah, Georgia. My expectations were kep at their lowest because I'd heard some negative stuff about that town, you know, that it's just a shithole with nothing to do. But that wasn't the case. Savannah can be a very sophisticated and beautiful city if you appreciate southern hospitality and charm. The hotel where I stayed was by far one of the nicest I've stayed at, and the course that I took was long and complicated but very interesting at the same time. It's awesome to travel with an unlimited budget, eating and drinking whatever you want, and getting to know the business right were everything happens. Going to the Great Dane Trailers plant was very very interesting; I actually saw one of the trailers that I designed right on the production line. The feeling of seeing 30 people working on a trailer that I designed in Mexico is really exciting and made me feel proud of what I do.
Right after coming back from Savannah, and I mean 4 hours after I got off the plane, Renita arrived at Mexico City. It was so good to see her again, although we had already broken up. It was truly revitalizing to have her next to me, and to talk about all those things that were left unsaid. Those where two awesome weeks that were a lot better than we expected. It was such a stress-free and fun time that I'll always remember. Thank you very much for coming,Renita. I'll never forget how sweet and cute you are.
A few weeks ago my friends and I decided to take off to Acapulco. I couldn't go with them straight away because I had to work, and I had to make a presentation at the company's headquarters for the whole group. That being a complete success, I was given clearance to join the boys once I finished presenting. It was excellent. It was by far one of the most mellow trips I've ever been to,and all we did was lie down by the poolside and the beach, having beers and listening to great music. Things got a big crazy as one would expect when a bunch of boys on their twenties are left alone in Acapulco, but it was a awesome nonetheless.
Well,I guess that's it for now. I guess I said there was a tons that I had to write about, but I guess not. Hopefully something interesting will happen soon for me to post.
